The doctor of chemistry has extensive international experience in the IT and chemical industries and has previously held various management positions. With his knowledge in the areas of digitalization, AI, transformation, and innovation, as well as his work in a successful start-up, he brings with him the ideal qualifications to further strengthen the corporate development of 5-HT.
“We are delighted to welcome Harald as our successor. He will consolidate, expand, and further develop the global ecosystem we have built up since 2018 around industry, startups, academia, and many other strong partners,” emphasize Dr. Frank Funke and Stefan Kohl, former managing directors at 5-HT Chemistry & Health. "After seven successful and eventful years, ranging from the founding of 5-HT in 2018 to the coronavirus pandemic and beyond, we have decided that it is time for a change of scenery. We would like to thank our team and all our partners for the great time we have had, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and for the trust they have placed in us. We wish 5-HT, the team, its ecosystem, and of course Harald continued success and positive experiences."
“As a digital hub, 5-HT Chemistry & Health is an established innovation partner in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries with extensive expertise. I look forward to working with the team to shape the future and create new opportunities for customers, partners, and startups,” said Dr. Harald Sussek.
Dr. Stefan Dreher, Chairman of the Advisory Board of Digital Hub Rhein-Neckar GmbH, confirmed: “On behalf of the shareholders, I would like to thank Dr. Frank Funke and Stefan Kohl for their successful work and wish Dr. Harald Sussek a good start at 5-HT.”
