Hello from the management and staff of ChronicHosting, 
 
First of all - for those of you who are long terms clients. Normally 
each year at Christmas we send out a card with greetings from myself. 
This year, I was seriously ill with strep throat over the entire holiday 
period. I decided that in the best interest of our clients, it was not a 
very good idea to be mailing cards out with germs and thus passing along 
my holiday cheer.

So in lieu this year - please accept this message from myself, and the 
Chronichosting staff: We hope you had a joyous holidays, and we wish you 
the very best in 2007. We look forward to growing with you this year - and 
continuing our successful relationships.

Chronichosting is now approaching our 5th year of business. Our growth 
can only be attributed to you - our clients and we greatly appreciate 
that. As we look forward, we decided that changes were needed to 
allow us to even grow further and serve you better

We invite you to tour our new website and provide us with feedback.

but the support area. We would really appreciate your thoughts 
on the site - reports of any errors - and input about the new

With the new changes your DNS servers will change if you are 
using anything.chronichosting.com. 
 
For example if you are using:

server1.chronichosting.com change this to server1.dotserving.com

server2b.chronichosting.com change this to server2b.dotserving.com

server4b.chronichosting.com change this to server4b.dotserving.com
 
And so on. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contacting us. 

All current plans will be grandfathered over to dotServing therefore you can 
keep your current plan or switch to one of our new ones if you wish.

As part of our growth dotServing is going to be offering a remote 
back up service. This service will provide clients with daily, weekly, 
or monthly back ups of their critical data with a guaranteed 4 hour turn 
around when disaster hits. The same backup system will store all your 
weekly remote backups. Check the new website for more info..

As part of our new look we will be introducing an affiliate program where 
you can earn great rewards and prizes for introducing people to dotServing
and encouraging them to sign up. 

Our technical support structure will be changing to deliver faster response 
times. While our average has been 20 minutes we are making changes to lower 
this.
	
As well our mailing address will be changing. Effective immediately please
use our new mailing address to send us any and all mail you send it.
